The purchase of any product implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions listed below, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Special Conditions that may be applicable to the purchase of certain products.
These General Conditions may be modified without prior notice.

FURNISHYOURSPACE SL intends to guarantee the availability of all products that are advertised.
However, in the event that any product ordered is not available or if the product is out of stock, you will be informed via the email address used at the time of purchase.

For any purchase within FURNISHYOURSPACE SL the customer must be of legal age.
For the order to be considered valid, the customer must:
1- Register within our store.
2- Complete and verify all the necessary data for the creation of the user account.
3- Check that the product, the finish and the units are the ones he/she wants.
4- Complete all the necessary data and check them, both for the billing and shipping address.
Any problem generated by an error in the points of the previous list will be totally responsibility of the client and if that error entails any expense, the client will have to take charge.
PRODUCTS
The material is delivered perfectly packed and protected inside its box. If for any reason you order the unpacking of it before reaching its final destination, any damage caused will be out of our responsibility.
Shipments are available for Peninsula and Balearic Islands in the case of Spain and for the following European countries: Andorra, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden and Ukraine.
If you do not find the country at the time of completing the shipping address, you must contact by email the formalization in writing.
FORMS AND TERMS OF DELIVERY
The delivery time will depend on the products and the province to which the shipment will be made, and in any case begins to count from the moment FURNISHYOURSPACE SL receives full payment of the order.
As a general rule, orders received before 11:00 a.m. on working days are processed on the same day.
The estimated delivery time for each product will be detailed in the product sheet and during the purchase process.
Please note that the delivery time depends on the finish of the product and any claim for variation of finish will be dismissed.
These delivery times may be altered by external factors.
When buying in FURNISHYOUSPACE SL, you accept and understand that the availability of products is reported at all times within the tab of each product, under the description of the same, indicating the expected time, which may increase according to causes not controllable by FURNISHYOURSPACE SL.
In case of variations of this delivery time, FURNISHYOURSPACE SL undertakes to inform you of the incidences that cause the delays not foreseen and to make the payment of the purchase amount and the return of the order in case of being your request for such non-compliance.
Within this term, FURNISHYOURSPACE SL, is not responsible for possible delays in deliveries due to third parties, such as logistics agencies, import delays or customs management.
The supplier undertakes to deliver the purchase you have made at the nearest point of your portal to which the vehicle of the transport company can access.
If you want the carrier to deliver the package to the door of your apartment, you must inform the carrier directly and assume the cost of the additional service.
The delivery address will be the one specified on your order form, these conditions are applicable as long as you choose our default carrier service.
The buyer should be aware that all risk in all goods passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods.
Thereafter, including during any subsequent transit time, the buyer shall be responsible for the goods and liable for any additional charges related to the goods, including transit, import duties, local taxes and insurance charges.
FURNISHYOURSPACE SL undertakes to deliver the goods to the buyer's address, at the buyer's doorway, provided that the buyer chooses our default carrier service.
When the buyer arranges the collection and delivery of goods from our warehouses with a third party carrier, then the delivery time will be at the buyer's risk.
Any damage generated during transport, with an agency arranged by the buyer, will be entirely at the buyer's risk.
FURNISHYOURSPACE SL will make all reasonable efforts to meet the agreed dates for delivery of the goods to the delivery address and the agreed deadlines for collection by the buyer or a third party carrier.
However, when FURNISHYOURSPACE SL is unable to meet an agreed date, it will notify Buyer who either may agree to a new date or, in the event of an inability to meet an agreed date for delivery to the delivery address, will receive a refund.
Upon delivery:
As soon as the buyer takes possession of the goods, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to him. It is therefore important to:
1- Check the condition of the goods purchased. In the event of damage during transport, this must be indicated on the carrier's delivery note.
This is a mandatory condition to make any claim for breakage or damage during transport.
Otherwise, they will not be accepted.
2- The buyer must notify in writing, through our contact page, within 24 hours after the delivery of the order.
After that time, FURNISHYOURSPACE SL cannot be held responsible, since the insurance company's coverage of the shipment only covers the first 24 hours after receipt.
This insurance only covers, if it has been notified in the delivery note.
3- The assembly of the purchased goods is also not included and is entirely the responsibility of the seller.
IMPORTANT: The standard door to door service does not include the delivery and collection of the goods, this is the responsibility of the customer. It is possible that the delivery person voluntarily assists in the uploading of the goods (being this completely voluntary by the delivery person and the transport company and outside FURNISHYOURSPACE SL).
The prices of all products shown on our website include VAT.
Prices do not include shipping costs except for special offers or promotions. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically when adding any product to the shopping cart according to the weight, volume of the order and place of delivery.
The total price, including VAT and delivery, will be broken down during the payment gateway and will be accepted before order confirmation.
PRODUCTS
Payment of the order and delivery charges must be made in full before the order is considered processed and validated.
The order will begin to be processed, by FURNISHYOURSPACE SL, when payment has been accepted, except in cases where it has been otherwise negotiated, in which case, the payment terms appearing in the contract agreed between FURNISHYOURSPACE SL and the buyer will prevail.
Once FURNISHYOURSPACE SL receives confirmation of payment from the buyer, we will send an order confirmation email, specifying all the details of the order.
The total price the buyer pays for the merchandise will be displayed in the shopping cart and on your invoice. FURNISHYOURSPACE SL reserves the right to adjust the selling price to take into account any increase in our suppliers' prices, imposition of new taxes or duties or typographical error.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to the foregoing, FURNISHYOURSPACE SL shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders issued at the incorrect price.
If your payment has been processed and your order is subsequently cancelled, FURNISHYOURSPACE SL will immediately issue a refund for the full value of the amount processed.
Payment is due at the time the order is placed, regardless of the delivery time of the products specified or indicated on the product sheet and during the checkout process.
Currently, the following payment methods are available, with explicit limitations due to the legislation of each country:
1- Credit or debit card
You can make the payment immediately through the SSL secure payment gateway of our Bank. If it is necessary to make any refund or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card. Both personal and bank data will be protected with all the security measures established by the Organic Law of Data Protection 15/1999 and its Development Regulation with total confidentiality.
2- Paypal
Through PayPal the payment of the order will be authorized, but no money will be withdrawn until PayPal verifies that it is correct. To do this, it will be essential to have a PayPal account.
The availability of the Paypal installment payment service is limited according to the country of the user's account and its creditworthiness

4- Alma
Alma is a funded payment method that is assigned to the customer, according to their creditworthiness and it is entirely Alma's responsibility to assign the credit to the customer.
Any problems following the financing must be handled through Alma.

5- Sequra
Sequra is a financed payment method which is assigned to the customer, according to their creditworthiness, and it is entirely the responsibility of Sequra to assign the credit to the customer.
Any problems following financing must be handled through Sequra.
The core financing option is available in the following countries:
Spain, France, Portugal and Italy.
6- Bank transfer
When ordering by bank transfer, the order will not be valid until the money is credited to our account.
The availability of the products will depend on the moment the payment is received in our account.

According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without having to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, which approves the text referred to in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
PRODUCTS
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of these goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify FURNISHYOURSPACE SL, in writing via our contact page, of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period and the goods must be returned in their original packaging and assembly instructions and accessories.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
The costs incurred for the return are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be deducted from the amount paid.
You will be notified of the cost of the return at the time the withdrawal is accepted.
We will make such refund using the same method of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.
You must return or deliver the goods directly to us at FURNISHYOURSPACE SL, at Calle E, nave 5, in the industrial estate of La Seu d'Urgll, 25700, La Seu d'Urgell (Lleida), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate to us your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the end of this period.
As mentioned above, the buyer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
NOTE: The refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 days.
REMARKS: Any product tampered with by the customer, damaged by misuse or incorrect assembly will not be exchanged or credited.
In these cases, all warranty will be lost.
Cancellation
Orders that have already been processed or shipped by FURNISHYOURSPACE SL cannot be cancelled and must be delivered to the delivery address that the buyer initially indicated on the order.
Before the order is shipped, we offer our customers the possibility to cancel their orders.
After this stage, the cancellation is not applicable. The customer must contact us through our contact page to request this cancellation, to avoid any cancellation by another person and to respond to your request as quickly as possible.
Any shipping costs for the delay in cancellation will be deducted from the total to be refunded, in any case.
We will refund the amount due within a maximum of 30 days from the acceptance of the withdrawal from the contract.
Exchanging one product for another
It is not possible to request the exchange of a product if the order is already out of our warehouse and in transit.
The exchange of an item is accepted when the order is in preparation or when it is delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
This change can only be requested to another product not indicated on the invoice.
In any case, the buyer must initiate the process through the contact page.
All costs related to the return of the exchange and reshipment will be the responsibility of the buyer.
You will be informed how to proceed for the return of the items, but also for the payment of the difference of the amount of the items or the reimbursement to your account.
All products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty of up to 2 years.
All customers have the right to return defective or non-conforming items when they have been duly noted by our after-sales service.
Remarks:
The items on the site provide information on measurements and colors that are close to reality. However, they are not 100% reliable, because colors may be perceived differently from reality depending on the screens we use, light levels and contrast and other conditions outside our site.
We invite you in special cases of doubt about the accuracy of the images to verify all information with our technical department. We will be glad to listen to you and help you.
All returns, for technical reasons of this type, will be the responsibility of the buyer, who will have to bear the shipping costs.
For all cases of return, the customer must notify our after-sales service through the contact page within 24 hours of delivery, to the address indicated in the order, indicating your order number and photos so that the after-sales service can see the causes of the return.
In case of refusal of the order by the buyer to the address indicated or to the transport agency without taking into account the procedure indicated above, the customer will have to bear the transport costs of returning the goods to our facilities.
FURNISHYOURSPACE will in no case support the shipping costs in case of refusal of delivery of the order not ascertained by our after-sales department or return of the order due to absence of the customer to the delivery address indicated in the order.
When accepting delivery, buyers must be careful when opening the package. FURNISHYOURSPACE will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the products during unpacking by the customer if, for example, the latter uses a knife to remove the protections and packaging items. All our products are extremely well protected.
Tip: When unpacking, be patient and use the right tools to avoid damaging the parts.
If after 2 delivery attempts, without the buyer appearing at the delivery address indicated on the order, the carrier will leave a note on each delivery attempt where he will be contacted to arrange as soon as possible, a delivery within the delivery service schedule.
The order will be immediately returned to the warehouses of FURNISHYOURSPACE SL.
In the case of a new return (after 2 attempts) the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
The latter can always request delivery of the order to a collection point by sending the request via our contact page.
When an order has not been delivered by our shipping agency for any reason without notifying FURNISHYOURSPACE SL, the order will be returned to our facilities and the same conditions mentioned in the previous paragraph will apply.
The buyer must verify the delivery address when placing the order to avoid delivery to the wrong address.
In case of redirection of the order to the correct address, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Deliveries that cannot be made due to difficulties of access to the indicated address (stairs or difficult access roads) will have an additional price charged to the customer for the return.
In the event that the delivery address has some location difficulties, it must be notified in advance for the driver to take it into account.
FURNISHYOURSPACE SL will previously consult the transport agency to know the possibility of delivery.
If you wish, you can contact our customer service and verify the measurements (especially tables and sofas) to avoid any delivery problems.
In case of discovery of defects in the packaging or in the product, one of these provisions will be applied:
1- Defective packaging
The buyer must accept delivery in case of damage to the packaging which obviously did not affect the products. He will have to keep the goods indicating on the delivery note "subject to unpacking" and take a photograph to send to the customer service department, via our contact page, in order to proceed with the appropriate claims with the transport agency.
In the event that the buyer refuses delivery without being the reason mentioned above and without notifying our after-sales service, the customer will be responsible for any loss of the order and the economic consequences that this refusal will cause.
2- Defective items:
It is the duty of each customer to inspect the goods as soon as they are received at the delivery address indicated in the order.
If there is an obviously noticeable impact on the delivery (defective, non-conforming or incomplete delivery) the customer must notify on the delivery note "damaged package / subject to verification".
In case the carrier does not provide a delivery note, the buyer must contact us via the contact page within 24 hours after receipt of the order, otherwise the customer will not be able to claim the incident, and it will not be accepted by FURNISHYOURSPACE SL.
If the delivery is made to a third party, the customer will have a maximum of 72 hours to make a claim about the observed incidence and will follow the procedure to notify our after-sales service.
In all cases, the customer must take photographs of the packages and merchandise to be sent to the after-sales department with the return request, within 24 hours.
The after-sales department will determine whether the return is accepted or not, depending on the condition of the goods.
The buyer must prepare the damaged or defective goods for our carrier to pick them up and return them to our facilities. The carrier will pick them up at the customer's delivery address indicated in the initial order.
The goods considered defective or non-conforming will be replaced by a new one with the same characteristics. This replacement will be processed as soon as possible from the date on which the customer informs the supplier of the defect. However, we reserve the right to offer a refund or compensation. Any defect will be replaced free of charge by the customer and delivered within the time limit according to the stock at the time and at the delivery address indicated in the order.
FURNISHYOURSPACE SL will examine the goods and determine whether the fault lies with the buyer, the logistics agency or the supplier. In case the defect is caused by the buyer, FURNISHYOURSPACE SL reserves the right to refuse to process the request. When the returned goods are damaged due to the buyer's actions, the latter is responsible and will have to bear the costs of repairing these damages.
FURNISHYOURSPACE SL reserves the right to refuse any incidence when the item is not returned with the original packaging, opened, unlabeled, in poor condition, unpacked or used. The same applies when the return request is sent after 24 hours after receipt of the goods, except for a delivery to third parties, in which case it will be 72 hours.
FURNISHYOURSPACE SL shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if delay or failure results from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, pandemics, epidemics or other diseases of a general nature, accidents, fires, strikes, lockouts, failure of communications, delays or detention of products in customs, including computer or telecommunications systems, breakdown of apparatus or facilities or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply.
FURNISHYOURSPACE SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever.
Other than as implied by law, where the purchaser is operating as a consumer, in the event of breach by FURNISHYOURSPACE SL of any of these Terms and Conditions as to the purchaser, liability shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods.
To lodge any complaint or claim, the customer should contact the customer service department in writing via our contact page.
According to the EU Consumer Online Dispute Resolution and in accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission provides all consumers with an online dispute resolution platform which is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and executed in accordance with Spanish Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
For any divergence originated by the breach of the conditions of purchase and sale, both parties will submit to judicial process in the courts of La Seu d'Urgell, renouncing to their own if so.
